So first you need a commission sheet showing the simplest work you can do for your lowest price, the most complex work you can do for your highest price, and anything inbetween providing an example for each category.

In the same sheet, specify what you will and won’t do, whether the piece you make for the client can be used used commercially or only personally, or is there any specific caveat you want to make clear for any potential client before they make a request.

Further tips:
-Make a public Google commission form. That’ll help streamline the requests far easier than asking clients to email their requests.
-Have a business email and a business PayPall account when it comes to invoices and payment. These are necessary if you really don’t want your real name be shown in the receipts of your clients.
